The mindfulness program targeted for teenagers and young adults is an ecosystem comprising of 6 different modules that help them live in the present moment. It’s a comprehensive program focusing on different aspects of mindfulness- embracing stillness for mental clarity, releasing stress and negative patterns, fostering compassion towards oneself and others, accepting their true inner self and developing resilience and purpose. This transformative journey equips the participants with tools for cultivating a balanced and harmonious life required to de-stress and prevent burnout in this competitive world.

To be able to be their Authentic Self
Learning to break from the Herd mentality
Finding one’s true calling
